*SHIPPING POLICY*

At Dolmen, we want your shopping experience to be simple, smooth, and enjoyable — from the moment you place your order until your products arrive at your door.

We carefully prepare and pack every order to help ensure that your Dolmen products reach you safely and in excellent condition.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery within Egypt and internationally.

Delivery times and charges may vary depending on the destination and the delivery service available in your area.

2. Delivery Time

For orders within Egypt:

Cairo & Giza
Estimated delivery time is 2–3 working days.

Other Governorates
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days.

International orders may require additional delivery time depending on the destination, customs procedures, and the international courier service.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by public holidays, promotions, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Delivery Charges

For orders within Egypt:

Free delivery is available on orders of EGP 5,000 or more.

For orders below EGP 5,000, the applicable delivery charge will be calculated according to the delivery area and will be shown before completing your order.

For international orders, shipping charges are calculated based on the shipment weight and dimensions, in accordance with the applicable rates and policies of our international shipping provider.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are not included in the Dolmen shipping fee unless specifically stated at the time of purchase.

International shipping charges are calculated according to the actual or applicable shipment weight and dimensions, as determined in accordance with the shipping provider’s policies.

5. Payment Methods

We currently accept:

* Cash on Delivery
* Online Payment
* Bank Transfer

Available payment methods may vary depending on the order and delivery destination.

6. Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our team will begin preparing it.

Orders are normally processed within 24 hours.

Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, or special promotional periods may require additional processing time.

7. Delivery Attempts

If you are unavailable when our delivery partner arrives, the courier will attempt delivery again.

Please make sure that the phone number and delivery address provided with your order are correct and that you are available to receive your order.

If repeated delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the order may be returned to Dolmen and additional delivery or return charges may apply.

8. Changing Your Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address after placing your order, please contact our Customer Care team before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

9. Damaged Packages

We take great care when preparing and packaging your order.

If your package appears to be visibly damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend refusing the delivery and contacting Dolmen Customer Care immediately.

Our team will assist you and coordinate with the delivery service to resolve the issue.

10. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If an order is lost or damaged during transportation, Dolmen will handle the matter directly with the delivery service and will work with you to arrange the appropriate solution.

Your satisfaction and the safe delivery of your order are important to us.

11. Delivery During Holidays & Promotions

During periods of high demand, including Ramadan, Eid, major promotions, and public holidays, delivery may take longer than our normal estimated delivery times.

We appreciate your understanding during these periods and will always do our best to keep your order moving as quickly as possible.
